Hi! We're BLEND and we're designaholics. *group chants* Hi, BLEND.
Our addiction to great design began back in 2015, but we have a combined experience and obsession of over 20 years. We saw brand owners' challenges on how to grow their reach and visibility and we decided to help. We partner up with you in raising your brand baby into a full grown brand. We use our deep knowledge and understanding of a strong brand identity coupled with a dynamic web presence that evolves with you and your vision.

Our full service creative agency will bring your brand into new heights as your digital media, design and development partner. We work with brands all over the world from our studio in Montclair, New Jersey. We know it's not healthy but we're just as obsessed with your brand as you are. We find ourselves creating ideas for you in the middle of the night, in the middle of our vacations and sometimes doodle our first names with your last names. We know there's plenty of fish out there, but you can't ignore this undeniable chemistry between us.

JOANNA

DIGITAL CREATIVE + CO-FOUNDER

"Magic happens when you acknowledge your creative talents and then hustle to bring your creativity to life."

I'm passionate about what I do and love to create. I am a Jersey girl at heart but I'm addicted to traveling the world with an ever growing wanderlust. New surroundings expose me to new experiences and ideas that fuel my creative fire. I have a love for color, good vibes, and all things spiritual. I'd consider myself a design geek at the intersection of art, tech, and mysticism. I am consciously aware of my energy and how it affects my artistic flow. My kind of aesthetic combines bold hues, clean typography and maybe a dash of femme magic whenever possible! I put my best into each project and strive to help clients see their potential through visually appealing marketing collateral. Other than design, my obsessions include good food, rewatching episodes of "The Office" on Netflix, and my fabulously fluffy Maine Coon cat, Chloe.

I'm a marketing superhero who just happens to have realized her creative superpowers, too. I love great content and telling a diverse brand story along with creative visual design. I believe that execution is king in digital design and marketing so ideation is just as important as creation. I'm passionate about great design, deeper understanding of market targets, measuring project key performance indicators and growth always in all ways. I am, more likely than not, always smiling about something in my head. I love to build and connect with funny, smart open-minded creatives. I'm a recovering sneakerholic who enjoys cooking, eating (of course), traveling, spending time with family, learning and most importantly, being creative. I'm the unofficial DJ in the BLEND studio and only take requests for great music.

Hi, I’m Anthony Harris. I specialize in entertainment branding. I network with small and large companies to help them emerge corporate clients into a entertainment environment to create a marketing strategy that’s effective. I also work with alcohol companies, credit card companies, clothing brands, producers, and musicians. I also owned a few businesses which allow me to understand what the average business marketer needs are. My passion is to help growing businesses while implementing entertainment into their marketing strategy. In my leisure time I love exploring new business technology and spending time with my family.

I go by many names. We're not going to get into all of them, but you can call me Don Juan. When I'm not DJing at a reggae party somewhere or putting an event together myself, I'm probably using my eye for great design to execute a t-shirt print. I like to see people happy so if it's not getting them on the dance floor then it's helping them promote their message and brand through one of the most visible canvases, their apparel. Showing your sense of style is an important way to not only communicate what you're about, but who you are. I believe that having a great team on your side is key so if you ain't down with BLEND, you ain't my friend. I'm the office teddy bear so don't forget to come get your hugs * ggrrr *

PROJECT MANAGER

I'm an easy-going, down-to-earth but get-things-done project managing rockstar. I work with creatives daily as they tackle projects for different industries so I also have to be creative in my approach. I like to set the tone with clear communication, trust, seamless implementation, streamlined processes and most importantly, effortless execution. I completely believe that it's not about mastering the marketing flavor of the week, but it's how well you connect with the people you're trying to help and communicate your understanding back to them. I'm a travelholic who you'll most likely find in the kitchen recreating an amazing dish I tried at a restaurant or saw someone made on YouTube. Visiting exotic destinations keeps me learning and creative which I use to get your projects done.
